Product Manager Large Scale Electrolyzer (f/m/d)

In this role you own the end-to-end product strategy for large-scale electrolysis solutions, aligning with Quest One’s growth objectives. You bridge engineering, R&D, sales, operations, and leadership to drive performance, cost, and functionality trade-offs. You shape product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with commercial teams, while monitoring market and field data to optimize the portfolio. This is a pivotal position for advancing climate impact through scalable hydrogen technologies.

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for large-scale electrolysis solutions.
• Translate market, customer, and regulatory needs into prioritized product requirements and development initiatives.
• Interface with engineering, R&D, sales, operations, and executives to guide product decisions based on performance, cost, and functionality trade-offs.
• Drive product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies with commercial and sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and field performance to steer portfolio optimization and continuous improvement.

• Degree in Business Administration & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Electrochemistry, or a comparable field
• Relevant experience in product management or technical leadership within electrolysis, hydrogen, or energy technologies
• Strong knowledge of electrolyzer technologies and hydrogen systems
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps and value propositions for complex industrial products
• Strong business mindset with experience in market analysis, customer requirements and TCO/business case evaluation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus
