Project Manager - Security Software (Large-Scale Projects) (m/f/d)

You will lead PSIM platform projects for security systems across large-scale facilities, coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers from engineering to go-live. You’ll ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards while shaping a unified command-and-control solution for surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection. The role combines technical integration with international program leadership to drive secure, scalable deployments. • Lead all phases of PSIM platform projects from engineering to go-live
• Coordinate with component suppliers to define functional, technical, and commercial requirements
• Break down projects into work packages, prioritize tasks and assign ownership
• Develop and manage implementation and commissioning strategies, including on-site coordination
• Present project outcomes and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders

• Bachelor in Computer Science
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing security software projects
• Proven track record leading international teams in the security industry
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• French and English language skills are mandatory
