Product Manager — Electronic Warfare (Offboard & Cross-Platform)

As Product Manager for Electronic Warfare, you will shape offboard and cross-platform EW capabilities from discovery to release. You’ll collaborate with EW operators, analysts, and mission planners to translate complex inputs into precise requirements. You’ll guide cross-functional teams across RF, embedded software, ML, and tooling to maintain a reliable shipping cadence in security-constrained environments. This role offers impact on high-stakes, data-driven defense products and realistic operational challenges that matter.

• Own the product scope for offboard and cross-platform EW capabilities across the full lifecycle.
• Translate operational inputs from EW operators and mission planners into clear product specifications.
• Define and improve workflows for customer data environments under security and data-availability constraints.
• Lead end-to-end development, validation, and rollout of mission-critical data products across teams and platforms.
• Ensure integration of Helsing products with customers' data sources, intelligence systems, and mission planning tools.
• Facilitate decision-making across RF, embedded software, ML, and ground-side tooling; surface and resolve trade-offs with urgency.
• Establish a reliable shipping cadence even in challenging environments where deployment is difficult by default

• Built and shipped data- or ML-driven products for specialist professional users in complex, high-stakes domains
• Worked directly with end users in mission-critical settings to translate ambiguous needs into actionable requirements
• Integrated products into existing customer data sources, intelligence systems, and operational toolchains with a consistent production cadence
• Engaged with engineering teams spanning RF hardware, embedded software, and machine learning to make well-founded trade-offs
• Hold a degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or related STEM
• Hold a valid German work permit, be eligible for German security clearance at SÜ2, and have English proficient and German (B1+) working proficiency
