Product Manager for Central Power Systems and Monitoring Solutions (m/f/d)

As Product Manager for Emergency Lighting, you drive the Life Safety portfolio globally, shaping strategy and leading end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to obsolescence. You collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing and sales to deliver products aligned with growth and customer needs, while owning financial performance and price positioning. You’ll steer NPIs via PROLaunch, use VOC insights, and support the sales team across markets. This role blends technology, sustainability and cross-functional leadership to impact safety outcomes and business results.

• Develop and execute global strategic direction for the portfolio
• Align portfolio strategy with Eaton's growth ambitions
• Manage full product lifecycle including development, launch, maintenance and phase-out
• Lead NPIs through PROLaunch with Project Managers
• Support and validate country-specific sales strategies for NPIs and improve target margins
• Train and develop stakeholders internally and with external partners
• Conduct periodic VOC to identify market trends and user experience
• Monitor competition and technology; benchmark new products and services
• Coordinate with certification to anticipate product standards
• Support sales team on project-specific requests

• Experience in commercial and/or project management preferred
