• Radiotech is a product team inside Gismart focused on building music apps for iOS and Android.
• Our portfolio includes apps with millions of installs that help users play, learn, and create music.
• We aim to make music approachable and engaging for beginners and hobbyists.

Responsibilities:

• Own funnel performance end-to-end and report on CR2Pay and predicted LTV.
• Design and interpret A/B tests, personalize funnels, and manage web infrastructure.
• Collaborate with creative producers, UA, and email marketers to optimize conversions.
