Product Manager – Global Services (m/f/d)

In this role you will shape and scale the next generation of service offerings that convert one-time energy installations into ongoing customer relationships and recurring revenue. You will bridge Product, Operations, and Commercial to build scalable, profitable services across global markets. You will define product vision, drive end-to-end lifecycle, and optimize for customer value and operational efficiency. Your work will help 1KOMMA5 lead in integrated energy solutions and accelerate the energy transition.

• Define the roadmap for global service and recurring-revenue products (warranty, maintenance, monitoring, digital services)
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from market research to rollout and scaling across regions
• Develop offerings and pricing structures to enable recurring revenue with strong profitability
• Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams to translate insights into scalable solutions
• Leverage customer feedback and market trends to refine and expand service offerings
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, margin, and service quality
• Own and advance the service-driven ecosystem to become a market leader

• 2+ years in Product Management or Business Development in energy, technology, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and pricing mechanics
• Proven track record turning customer needs into scalable product solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Entrepreneurial, structured, execution-driven mindset with ownership
• Fluent in English and German
