Global P&C Product Manager (m/f/d) People Development

As Global P&C Product Manager for People Development, you will shape leadership programs and practical development journeys that align with Voith’s global strategy. You will manage the Performance & Growth cycle and create scalable enablement tools across regions. You’ll drive AI-enabled learning initiatives, define KPIs, and support a consistent global rollout with cross-functional teams. This role offers impact on leadership capability and organizational growth in a dynamic, international setting.

• Design and advance global leadership programs and frameworks for multiple leadership levels
• Create structured development journeys and translate leadership principles into actionable formats
• Develop, refine, and manage the global Performance & Growth cycle aligned with organizational objectives
• Create and optimize tools and guidelines for performance management
• Develop toolkits, training materials, and facilitator guides for leadership and performance initiatives
• Build and implement scalable enablement concepts (e.g., train-the-trainer) across regions
• Explore and implement AI-enabled learning and development solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact, adoption, and effectiveness of leadership and performance solutions
• Support global rollout and consistent adoption of solutions with GBS and regional P&C teams
• Collect feedback, analyze market trends, and drive continuous improvement of all solutions

• Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or related field
• Initial professional experience in a comparable role
• Strong interest in leadership development, performance management, and organizational growth
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and interculturally
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach; ability to translate strategy into practical tools
• Familiarity with HR IT tools is an asset (ideally HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to drive change in a dynamic, global setting
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
