Product Manager - Hardware Gym Equipment (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver on our product roadmap by guiding world‑class hardware and embedded software engineering teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive measurable impact for the team and the company.
• Act as an ambassador for empowered product development, putting the end‑user at the heart of every decision.
• Conduct research‑driven development and improvement of our hardware that favors a consumer‑centric approach.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and simplify complex technical scopes for all audiences.
• Integrate sensors, electronics, embedded systems into sports equipment to deliver the most value incrementally.
• Align organizational approaches and solve customer service cases to ensure a seamless product experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in product management and lateral leadership of agile teams.
• Strong background in hardware product management, ideally within sports science or the fitness/health industry.
• Profound understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Talented communicator capable of explaining complex issues in simple terms.
• Fluency in English and German in a professional environment.

First 6 Months

• Develop an outstanding understanding of our hardware ecosystem and ongoing development streams.
• Understand the product’s hardware and embedded software components and their interactions with the ecosystem.
• Take ownership of product development projects to help achieve our long‑term vision.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with development teams and key stakeholders.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our platform, customer needs, and specific use cases.
