Product Manager (m/f/d) Compounds Beverage Applications for Europe

In this role you will shape the product line and portfolio for Compounds for beverage applications, aligning with growth, pricing, and R&D in a global matrix. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to rollout innovations and drive revenue, while benchmarking against competitors and supporting the sales team with market knowhow. The position offers global exposure, hands-on product ownership, and a focus on delivering measurable portfolio impact. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to create a compelling, customer-focused roadmap.

• Develop and deploy the product line and portfolio for Compounds for beverage applications, including business development, supply chain, pricing, and growth initiatives
• Manage the global assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders in a global matrix
• Define a roadmap to drive business and revenue growth with Team Leader Product Management
• Roll-out product innovations and portfolio extensions globally with rapid market traction
• Attend regular meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to align on pricing, portfolio and supply chain topics
• Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analysis
• Support sales through customer visits and briefings with product and market knowhow
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback to inform the roadmap
• Communicate portfolio updates across the organization and in media
• Provide in-house trainings to enhance understanding of the portfolio and positioning

• Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B environment
• Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualification
• Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably
• Strong customer mindset with ability to engage customers and foster partnerships
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with deadline discipline
• Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking; team player and self-starter
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Willingness to travel globally approx. 20% of time
• Fluent English and German; other languages beneficial
