Product Manager (m/w/d) Fruit Preparations for Europe

In this role you drive the fruit preparations portfolio to fuel growth across Europe. You’ll shape product strategy, collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales, and align with the Head of BU to deliver market-ready innovations. Your work boosts revenue growth and strengthens the competitive position through data‑driven roadmaps and cross‑functional execution. You’ll engage customers and translate feedback into a compelling portfolio. This is a global, collaborative role with a focus on tangible impact and continuous learning.

• Develop and deploy the Fruit preparations portfolio, including business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and growth initiatives
• Manage the European assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders in a global matrix
• Define a roadmap to drive business and revenue growth in alignment with the Head of BU
• Roll out product innovations and assortment extensions cross-functionally with fast market traction
• Attend meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to align on pricing, portfolio and supply chain topics
• Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analyses
• Support sales through customer visits and product knowhow sharing
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback to inform the roadmap
• Communicate portfolio updates across media and internal/external displays
• Provide in-house trainings to deepen portfolio understanding and positioning

• Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B environment
• Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualification
• Proven ability to create and execute incremental, sustainable product roadmaps
• Strong customer mindset with ability to foster partnerships and positive experiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with deadline focus
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial thinker capable of team and independent work
• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Willingness to travel globally ~20% of time
• Fluent English and German; other languages beneficial
