Product Manager, Product Coordinator

Stellenbeschreibung:

Operational coordination of new product launches and product changes to further develop our product portfolio for private-label customers.
Independently manage and execute projects from the initial idea through successful implementation.
Work closely with agencies and coordinate the design and implementation of labels.
Review and coordinate technical and organizational feasibility together with the relevant departments.
Consolidate and coordinate feedback from the departments involved, and derive and follow up on necessary adjustment and corrective measures.
Prepare specifications and continuously track agreed project milestones.
Maintain master data, create new items, and prepare cost calculations.
Ensure smooth information flow among all internal and external stakeholders involved.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and implement quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management requirements within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in a coordinating or organizational role, ideally in product management, project management, or product development.
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with different departments and external partners.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a high degree of responsibility.
Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work.
Proficient use of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
SAP experience is an advantage.
Business‑fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team, assertiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview while managing multiple projects in parallel.
