Product, Marketing & Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Product management: Creating the annual roadmap, pricing tables, and packages for group customers
• Marketing: Website updates and development, social media management
• Sales: Responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, managing the online ticketing system
• Operation of the motorhome/RV parking site

Requirements

• Commercial/business training, ideally with a focus on tourism
• At least 2 years of professional experience in comparable roles
• Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly demeanor
• Excellent German language skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Strong affinity for marketing, particularly online/digital marketing
• Process-oriented, flexible, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Resilience and ability to work independently
