Your Responsibilities

At the earliest possible date our Marketing Team in our EMEA headquarter in Düsseldorf, is looking for a skilled and passionate Product Marketing Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) . At ECOVACS Robotics, we care about innovating solutions to enhance human lifestyle through smart home appliances. As we continue to accelerate our growth across the EMEA region, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Specialist, EMEA to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our HQ Product Lines to drive the successful localization of the category across the EMEA region. You will drive the regional product marketing strategy, ensure seamless product launches, localize category storytelling, and optimize process/outcome metrics to achieve commercial success across European sub-countries.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate closely with HQ product lines to localize category storytelling, and marketing strategies. Ensure the global product marketing strategy is seamlessly and efficiently implemented across various EMEA countries to support regional business performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the region. Efficiently synchronize EMEA local market insights, campaign outcomes, competitive intelligence, and performance results back to HQ to support subsequent global product optimizations, updates, and messaging iterations.
• You will help plan budgets and campaigns based on business and marketing objectives and set tangible goals.
• You will report performance of all marketing campaigns, and evaluate ROI and KPIs.
• You will work closely with the headquarter and with members of the senior leadership team to ensure a consistent product message is communicated.
• You will brief EMEA countries also on product launch campaigns, providing needed support and guidance.
• You will be working together with countries to adapt global and pan-EMEA campaigns to local needs.
• You will brief and manage relationships with creative and research partners.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders and teams (product management, sales, marketing, c-level) and for contributing to strategic planning and delivering against the wider goals of the company.

Your Profile

• University degree, ideally in Marketing or similar.
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in Product Marketing in the area of FMCG or consumer electronics in a consumer facing fast-paced business.
• Experience in working in an international set-up.
• An analytical yet creative thinker with a strong passion for smart technology, robotics, and emerging consumer electronics trends.
• Good organizational skills with an eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a proven track record in building great relationships across disciplines and cultures.
• Experience in being adaptable and a clear drive to meet deadlines, targets and budgets.
• Business fluent English and Mandarin Chinese skills, written and verbal.
• A sense of humour.
