PRODUCT OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Product Operations Analyst will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on a variety of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
• Complete Workflow Task utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations tea
• Review and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracy

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Years of Experience - 2 years of deep experience working within electronic medical record systems
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena valued.

• Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Fluent in English
