Overview

As Senior Product Owner for Hawk’s Agentic Team, you own the end-to-end roadmap for agentic products spanning investigation, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and core platform capabilities. You align product strategy with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape a responsible, scalable AI-driven product in a regulated, high-stakes environment. You lead with commercial accountability, from pricing to revenue framing, and ensure integration with adjacent product areas. Verantwortungsbereiche

Own the agentic roadmap end-to-end from backlog prioritization to in-year execution
Shape multi-year strategy for the agentic line in collaboration with leadership
Own commercial ownership including pricing, packaging, and revenue framing
Represent the roadmap in customer/advisory boards, competitive reviews, and key deals
Serve as the hub between agentic and other product teams to ensure clean integration
Maintain clear documentation and communications to engineering, sales, and customers
Run tight, agile delivery with development and data science without excessive ceremony

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–5 years as Product Owner/Manager
3–5 years in financial services, ideally AML/fraud/sanctions/KYC
Hands-on experience building agentic products in regulated environments
Familiarity with explainability, safety, accuracy monitoring, and bias considerations
Strong product operations, agile execution, and planning
Commercial literacy with pricing/packaging experience
Clear, independent thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
Curiosity about evolving agentic AI landscape and customer-centric mindset
