Product Owner / Analyst – Regulatory Solutions (m/f/d)

In this role you own and grow the Regulatory Solutions portfolio, shaping product vision from ideation to market success. You will work with a cross-functional team of quant experts, developers, sales, and clients to deliver regulated, technically robust solutions. The position focuses on translating regulatory requirements into actionable product priorities and driving adoption and revenue. It offers a chance to build expertise at the intersection of finance, regulation, and technology and to influence regulatory workflow tooling for financial markets.

• Own product vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption and revenue
• Conceive and launch new regulatory services from idea to market
• Act as Product Owner: write requirements and user stories, define acceptance criteria, manage backlog
• Translate regulatory requirements and quantitative methodologies into product specs
• Collaborate with quant experts on calculation engine and regulatory standards
• Work with developers across the lifecycle (design, test, release)
• Support sales with product knowledge, demos, and tenders
• Engage with clients to understand workflows and feedback into product improvements
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on roadmap
• Define success metrics and track performance and revenue
• Drive quality, scalability, reliability, and usability improvements
• Support client onboarding and major implementations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science)
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem solving
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear requirements for quantitative experts, developers, and clients
• Client-oriented with experience in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication in German and English
