Product Owner, B2B SaaS, Tender Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Take on the Product Owner role in outcome initiatives and in our Run & Ops lane
• Translate customer and business goals into clear, measurable outcomes (rather than feature lists)
• Backlog management & prioritization based on customer value, risk, and urgency
• Own the Run & Ops backlog (bugs, technical improvements, minor requests, support escalations) and ensure smooth flow between operations and initiatives
• Write clear, actionable user stories including acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder management (Sales, Customer Success, Management) and close collaboration with the development team
• Incorporate customer feedback and usage data into product decisions

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Preferably experience with outcome-oriented product work such as hypotheses and success metrics
• Strong customer focus and excellent prioritization skills
• Data affinity: making decisions based on metrics and usage data
• Ideally experience with Kanban or flow-based agile working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and good English skills
