Product System Design Integration Engineer (f/m/d)

In this role you will drive early-stage product system design for Rolls-Royce Deutschland, applying Systems Engineering to deliver robust solutions at product and sub-system levels. You will integrate interfaces across multidisciplinary teams and manage ambiguity while flowing system requirements from concept to certification. You will verify system performance against requirements and support product change planning and technical investigations. You will communicate with customers and stakeholders, influence decisions, and help shape the next generation gas turbine architectures across the full engine life cycle. • Apply systems engineering to design and integrate product systems and interfaces
• Utilize robust design tools to optimize solutions at product and sub-system levels
• Lead problem resolution: root cause investigations, SARs, MQIs, DARs, and quality concerns
• Determine, manage, and cascade system-level requirements; verify system meets requirements
• Plan and manage product change, design technical approvals, and technical investigations
• Own and produce standardisation reports; communicate with customers; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams

• Bachelor's in Engineering (minimum); or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical design and cross-discipline concepts (manufacturing, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering, product definition)
• Analytical and innovative thinking with balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
• Knowledge of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
• Good communication and presentation skills at all levels
