At our site in Wertheim, Germany, we are looking for a

Product & Technology Lead Operator “Software” (m/w/d)

• Leadership (functional as well as disciplinary) of the Software Development team
• Definition, prioritization and management of software content (role of Software Product Owner)
• Setup, maintenance and development (e.g. Roadmapping) of strategic software product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle
• Derivation of software product requirements based on market and customer needs and the product and / or user experience
• Planning, coordination and responsibility for software releases and product launches, including close collaboration with other departments (e.g. with hardware, sales, service…)

The requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related degree
• Several years of experience in developing (high-level programming language, especially C#), implementation and operation of software products (Idea – Launch – Operation – Obsolescence)
• Experienced in leading agile software development teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and managing their planning and workflows using ALM Tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Structured, analytical, and strategic approach to work, combined with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers and partners on-site
