Production Analytical Solutions (PAS) Developer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements into robust system designs.
• Design and implement modular, maintainable, and production‑grade tooling, aligned to automation, reuse, and multi‑site deployment needs.
• Integrate production tools into the broader ecosystem (e.g., MES, analytics platforms, data pipelines) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Support deployment and industrialisation at CMs, ensuring tools are stable, compatible, and ready for high‑volume production environments.
• Drive technical quality and reliability, including testing, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production tools.
• Ownership & Integrity.
• Embed continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability while role‑modelling Advantest INTEGRITY values.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Strong software engineering background, with experience building scalable, maintainable systems in industrial or production environments.
• Hands‑on experience in production tooling or manufacturing systems, ideally including automation, testing, or repair workflows.
• Solid understanding of system integration and data‑driven architectures (e.g., APIs, MES, data platforms) within complex environments.
• Proven ability to work in close partnership with product owners and external development partners, contributing to solution design and technical decision‑making.
• Strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset, with experience supporting production‑critical systems and resolving issues under real operational constraints.
