Production Coordinator, International Originals, DE

Description

This position is for a Production Coordinator, International Originals Germany, supporting the Production Team based in our Munich office. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key organizational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a cross-functional, multi-time zone team spanning Europe and the US.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team
• Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, and attendance tracking
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and production companies
• Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas, off-sites, and team events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with project management
• Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
• Speak, write, and read fluently in German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end project management
• Experience in photo and video production, including post production, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
• Experience handling confidential information
