Your responsibilities will include: monitoring and improving production equipment; applying standard quality and lean management tools, such as the 8D methodology, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams; reducing ongoing costs in collaboration with quality improvement; validating and qualifying processes in cooperation with other departments; training and motivating employees; evaluating assigned employees; actively supporting various projects; and ensuring the maintenance, updating, and adherence to safety-related measures.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Einschlägige Erfahrungals Fertigungsingenieur, Prozessingenieuroder Qualitätsingenieur
• Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch-Grundkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
