Program Management, PMO Support – SAP S/4HANA Meter-to-Cash

• Provide consulting on program management strategy within the SAP environment
• Advise the PMO manager on the further development of the PMO and its methodologies
• Advise on the design of project management specifications
• Advise on change, risk, and dependency management
• Independently participate in program controlling
• Perform quality assurance for the preparation of key project deliverables
• Prepare and follow up committee meetings, up to board level

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in an (IT) consulting role
• At least 6+ years working in a PMO supporting one or more programs within large corporations
• Extensive knowledge of one or more common program and project management standards (GPM, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience as a project manager or sub-project manager
• Experience in project controlling (e.g., Earned Value Analysis)
• Experience in dependency and rollout management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Self-driven, intrinsically motivated, able to take on tasks independently and propose solutions proactively
• Precise, structured, and efficient way of working
• Willingness to work 2–3 days on-site in Frankfurt
