Program Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Transformation Lead to drive large-scale transformation initiatives for a strategic customer in Germany. The role focuses on transitioning existing programs from traditional delivery models to Agile methodologies , while enabling process transformation aligned with modern digital/embedded technologies .

This position requires a strong blend of program leadership, change management, and process transformation expertise , with the ability to operate in a multicultural, cross-functional environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Transformation
• Drive end-to-end transformation of programs from traditional to Agile delivery models
• Define and implement scalable Agile frameworks tailored to customer needs
• Establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms
• Drive Process Transformation
• Act as a transformation partner to the customer by aligning processes with the target technology landscape
• Focus on optimizing delivery processes rather than core technical development (customer already has strong technical expertise)
• Ensure process readiness for adoption of modern embedded/digital solutions
• Program & Stakeholder Management
• Manage large, complex transformation programs across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, and delivery stakeholders
• Influence senior leadership and drive decision-making
• Lead organization-wide change initiatives with structured frameworks
• Manage resistance, ensure adoption, and embed Agile ways of working
• Drive cultural transformation across teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks
• Anticipate challenges and guide stakeholders to avoid unforeseen issues
• Establish robust risk and dependency management practices
• Onsite Engagement
• Work closely with customer teams onsite in Germany (Mannheim / Frankfurt)
• Engage with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams across regions

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in large-scale Agile transformation programs (consulting + implementation) and experiencein distributed control system is mandate.
• Proven track record of transitioning programs from waterfall/traditional to Agile models
• Strong expertise in Change Management and process transformation
• Solid understanding of embedded systems or digital technology environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation programs involving legacy modernization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach
• Experience working in global, multicultural teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in System Engineering within Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• Engineering and configuration of DCS solutions
• System integration, testing, and commissioning (FAT/SAT)
• Ability to work as an embedded, delivery-focused team member , capable of independent troubleshooting and execution
