Project Account Manager DE

In this role you manage end-to-end dairy and liquid-food packaging projects across Europe, from pre-planning to handover. You’ll coordinate cross-border teams, ensure timely installation and commissioning, and drive profitable project execution aligning with customer needs. You’ll bridge sales and engineering to deliver practical, compliant solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. • Take end-to-end ownership of filling line projects across Europe from preparation to handover to After-Sales
• Calculate project costs and support Key Account Management with pitches, offers and contract prep
• Coordinate ordering of equipment and prepare technical docs, layouts and project planning
• Lead internal and external project kick-off meetings and ensure clear stakeholder communication
• Steer installation, commissioning, testing and handover with OTIF focus
• Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues and escalate when needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across Europe

• Technical university degree in a related technical field (preferably Dairy Engineering or Food Technology) or relevant technical education
• 6–10 years in the liquid food and beverage sector, preferably in dairy
• Strong technical and engineering skills with solid project management experience
• Excellent customer relationship-building and communication skills with sales pitch confidence
• Highly structured, organized and self-driven with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in international and intercultural environments and coordinating across countries
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support shared objectives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and commitment to company objectives
• Fluent/competent in German and English
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel); basic SAP and MS Project; driving licence; willingness to travel up to 50%
• Additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian) and SOLIDWORKS knowledge would be an advantage
