Project Director – Live Communication

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for complex live communication projects — from initial needs assessment to successful delivery.
• Provide consultative, peer-level guidance; offer orientation and develop sustainable solutions together with the client.
• Lead pitches and proposal processes — both in terms of content and operations.
• Structure tasks and develop compelling approaches together with the team.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams across consulting, creative, production, and project management.
• Own responsibility for quality, timelines, resources, and the commercial success of projects.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading demanding projects at an agency for live communication, events, or brand experience.
• Understanding of strategic contexts, creative processes, and operational implementation.
• Ability to operate effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Confident presentation and moderation skills — in German and ideally also in English.
