Project Manager AI and Data Science

In this role you drive and scale strategic AI initiatives within Infineon’s global program, aligning with business goals and cross-site needs. You’ll lead high-impact projects, collaborate with data scientists, Operations, and IT, and serve as the AI program’s single point of contact for strategic topics. You’ll partner with AI Project Managers to share methods and best practices, communicating progress to senior leadership. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven manufacturing and operations on a global scale.

• Lead development and rollout of scalable AI projects within the global program
• Initiate and drive scaling initiatives, replicating successful solutions across sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams including data scientists, Operations and IT
• Act as single point of contact for strategic AI topics to enable decision-making
• Co-develop new methods, tools, and best practices with other AI Project Managers
• Communicate project results and progress to senior management with actionable insights

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in semiconductor technology development
• Proven track record managing strategic, high-impact projects in global cross-functional environments
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of AI, data science, and analytics methods and their application in manufacturing or operations
• Fluent English with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
