The Port Solutions Project Management Office (PMO) Quay, Horizontal & Yard is looking for Project Manager(s) to take ownership of assigned delivery projects for our PMO Project Team for Very Large Cranes and our Product Delivery Team for RTG & ARTG, in order to further strengthen our overall project management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects within defined budget, scope, and schedule, ensuring Profit and Loss responsibility and high customer satisfaction aligned with the Konecranes Framework.
Act as the primary interface to customer and internal stakeholders during project execution.
Manage the core project team and address targets and commitments to the subprojects (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, and site works).
Ensure the whole project is executed strictly in accordance with corporate values, process handbook processes and contract specific formalities.
Engage, coach and supervise the project team members to ensure their performance and individual development.
Prepare and monitor project budget, monitor performance, evaluate and authorize changes, manage risks, solve issues, and provide project updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience with full delivery accountability for global customer projects involving large-scale, technically complex equipment.
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) – an advantage.
Understanding of machinery manufacturing concepts and customer‑centric approach.
Team management skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
Additional language skills (Finnish, French, Spanish) are advantageous.

Location & Travel

The work location is Uusimaa (Hyvinkää), Finland, with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Travel typically ranges from a few days to about one week per month.
