  • Understand customers’ business objectives and align our solutions to meet those needs. Deploy the solutions in field and be accountable for satisfying customer requests.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to prevent future escalations by identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, customer feedback, and satisfaction metrics for senior management.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, material science, or related fields.
  • Experience working with customers in the semiconductor manufacturing space is a clear advantage.

  • Strong understanding of project‑management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Office presence at least 3 days per week or more depending on business needs.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50% of working time (travel may vary depending on business needs).
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a very strong advantage.
