Project Manager – ERP

• Delight customers with successful ERP implementation projects for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Ensure the project delivers the agreed benefits
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
• Apply standardized project management methodologies, including quality gates and a toolkit, to plan and control projects
• Coordinate and lead project teams (5–15 people)

Requirements

• Experience in project management (e.g., GPM, PMI or similar)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or willingness to engage with it in the future
• Several years of experience in IT project management
• Experience leading project teams
• Ability to quickly understand complex issues and communicate them to others
• Ability to motivate others to achieve a shared goal
• Strong communication skills
