Project Manager ILS / Integrated Logistic Support (m/f/d)

In this role you manage Integrated Logistic Support for a military SATCOM project, coordinating ILS activities across disciplines and serving as the main logistics liaison to the project manager. You shape the life-cycle support strategy, including LSA, reliability analyses, obsolescence management, and incident reporting, ensuring smooth deployment of ILS personnel. You work with cross-functional teams and military customers to align logistics plans with project goals and mission needs. This position offers scope to influence system availability and supportability in a defense context.

• Project management for ILS within the SATCOM project
• Oversee logistics disciplines: fundamentals, operator documentation, LSA, reliability/availability analyses, obsolescence and configuration management, incident/fault reporting
• Plan and coordinate ILS personnel deployment within the project
• Act as logistics advisor and primary ILS contact for the project manager

• University degree or technical degree with ILS specialization, or comparable ILS experience
• Project management skills; PM certification ideal
• Solid knowledge of ILS and Life Cycle Management
• Experience with military customers or SATCOMBw system is ideal
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Very good German and good English
