We are looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin office to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Technical and Business Management of Projects
Planning, Cost Estimation, and Management of Construction Projects
Support for building owners, engineers, and project partners
Capacity and Resource Planning for Technicians and Subcontractors
Monitoring of Execution and Quality
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

Several years of experience in project management
Ideally, knowledge of technical insulation and/or fire protection
Engineer, master craftsman, or a college degree in building services engineering
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Some leadership experience is preferred
