Your Job Description

• You engage markets by presenting deployment packages, securing alignment, and serving as the key link between global and local teams
• You secure market buy-in and engagement for deployment initiatives such as website support pages, knowledge bases, and designated self‑service tool
• You shape and manage end‑to‑end deployment plans, ensuring resources are aligned and markets are fully prepared for rollout
• You drive implementation activities, from testing and local validations (UVTs) to risk mitigation and go‑live execution
• You guide markets through post‑launch hyper‑care, support smooth stabilization, and gather feedback to fuel continuous improvement
• You monitor progress against the roadmap and success criteria, keeping the Deployment Manager informed with clear, timely updates

Your qualification profile

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive market alignment
• Excellent business communication and presentation capabilities
• Experience in customer service operations or deployment of digital/technical solutions
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams across business, IT, content, and operations
• Basic understanding of digital tools (AI bots, knowledge bases, support websites)
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment
• Fluency in English
