Project Manager – Product Release and Enablement

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager – Release and Enablement to join the Product Operations team. This hybrid role is based in Madrid, Spain, and focuses on ensuring smooth product releases and effective stakeholder engagement. The candidate will coordinate product releases, manage change and risk, handle stakeholder communications, and scale learning content and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product releases and manage change and risk across release cycles.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Scale and oversee learning content operations and certification programs.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful releases.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in project management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Power BI, and LMS systems.
