Project Manager SAP S/4 Transformation (m/f/d)

In this role you will support the program management team during a S/4HANA transformation, acting as a dedicated resource for urgent and critical issues. You will collaborate with IT, business units, and stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and mitigate risks. You will lead problem-solving sessions, track issue resolution, and ensure alignment across projects within the transformation program. This role offers impact through cross-functional coordination, transparent communication, and driving timely delivery in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

• Act as a dedicated program management resource for urgent situations
• Assist in resolving challenges during the S/4HANA transformation
• Collaborate with IT, business units and stakeholders to develop solutions and mitigate risks
• Proactively identify and address program issues and risks with project managers
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and guide teams in resolving complex issues
• Monitor progress of issue resolution, track actions, and escalate as needed
• Coordinate activities across projects and workstreams within the transformation program
• Ensure alignment of project plans, schedules, and dependencies for program integration
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams for transparency
• Prepare and deliver regular reports highlighting issues, status, and actions

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, business administration, or project management)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and adaptable mindset to address unexpected challenges
• Solid experience in project management within IT or Business sectors (BioTech preferred)
• Experience managing project teams up to 10 members
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools such as JIRA
• Fluent English (C1 minimum); German language is advantageous
