SAP AMS Project Manager - Germany (m/w/d)

As a Project Manager for SAP AMS, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery for enterprise SAP environments, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate cross-functional delivery heads, stakeholder sessions, and client communications to craft lean, high-quality solutions. You’ll drive service efficiency and reliability across SAP S/4HANA/ECC landscapes in a dynamic, global setting. This role offers exposure to large-scale transformation programs and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Oversee SAP AMS delivery aligned with customer requirements
• Maintain service quality and KPIs within SLAs
• Manage day-to-day system reliability and collaborate with technical teams
• Serve as primary client contact for SAP AMS services
• Strengthen client partnerships via performance reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Identify system improvements and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Monitor team performance and apply relevant metrics
• Coordinate staffing, commercial considerations, and cross-line synergies to optimize service delivery

• Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP S4HANA and/or ECC
• People management experience and leadership
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Good understanding of SAP ERP (functional and/or technical)
• Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and contract management in insourced/outsourced environments
• Familiarity with SAP landscape and service portfolios
• SAP S4HANA, ITIL, PMP or similar certifications (preferred)
• Experience with Agile/Lean processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform)
