Join a globally recognised SAP technology and transformation organisation to lead and coordinate complex SAP initiatives across Europe. As SAP ALM Project Manager you partner with SAP experts, architects, and sponsors to navigate S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and optimisation programmes. You will drive end-to-end delivery, from strategy to go-live, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Verantwortungsbereiche

End-to-end project leadership: set objectives, scope, deliverables, success criteria and manage plans, timelines, budgets, resources
Stakeholder & delivery management: central interface between business, IT, SAP specialists and external partners
Quality, governance & risk management: identify risks, ensure governance and testing, QA, and sign-off
Training & change enablement: facilitate requirements workshops, train key users and support adoption
Financial & commercial management: manage budgets, review SOWs and align resources across delivery teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

3–5+ years IT/SAP project delivery or management
Experience in SAP implementation, migration, rollout or transformation
Prior PMO lead, workstream lead or senior consultant with project responsibility
Strong traditional and agile project management knowledge
Workshop facilitation and translating requirements into plans
Experience managing testing, QA and go-live activities
Budget management, resource planning and vendor governance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership
Fluent German and English
