SAP Project Manager - DACH

In this role, you will lead large SAP project initiatives and manage multiple client engagements, building trusted relationships while ensuring successful delivery. You provide thought leadership across technical and business processes for your projects and align delivery with PMO standards. You’ll shape project scope, plans, and governance, and drive value for clients through effective execution and cross-functional collaboration. This is a customer-facing, impact-driven role with a clear focus on delivering on commitments and expanding consulting services.

• Manage multiple client projects concurrently
• Lead implementation efforts and oversee SOW/contract requirements and change requests
• Define deliverables, templates, and standards; create and manage integrated project plans
• Track and report project performance metrics; monitor budgets, headcount, and progress
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities; assist in pre-sales and scoping
• Escalate issues and manage risks, scope, and client expectations
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure adherence to PMO processes

• 8 years of SAP project management experience
• Experience with SAP full lifecycle implementations
• Order to Cash and/or Finance domain experience
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
• German language skills beneficial
• Experience with large consulting firms is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new software
