Your tasks

Overall responsibility for trade show and event projects, from conception through implementation to performance evaluation, as well as ensuring consistent brand and campaign communication in compliance with corporate design and quality standards
Leading and coordinating international, cross-functional project teams to successfully implement trade show and event projects
Managing trade show construction partners, agencies, and other external service providers
Responsibility for project budgets, including planning, cost control, and reporting
Close collaboration with the marketing teams of the regional subsidiaries, as well as advising and supporting global stakeholders and internal departments in the conception, planning, and implementation of trade show and event activities
Analyzing project results and identifying optimization measures for the continuous development of the global trade show and event portfolio
Contributing to the further development of global standards, processes, and tools in international trade show and event management

Your profile

A successfully completed degree in event, trade show, or project management, marketing, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in international trade show and event management, ideally in a B2B environment
Extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional project teams, and coordinating agencies, trade show construction partners, and other external service providers
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, with strong execution skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward on your own initiative and continuously develop them
A high degree of initiative, teamwork, and commitment to quality
Very good command of German and English
