Your Future Role
Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You'll report to Ildiko ZORGEL and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We'll look for you to:
- Contribute to the Project Time Management Plan defined by the Lead Unit Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM).
- Build and maintain the project schedule for the Bogies sub-system based on the internal standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), contractual targets, and stakeholder inputs.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of commitments across internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and control project schedules across international teams.
- Track progress, risks and critical paths to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Support Earned Value Management and project reporting.
- Lead planning reviews and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience or understanding of project scheduling, with a planning certification or project scheduler experience being an advantage.
- Confident working with planning tools and structured processes.

- Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross‑site, and cross‑functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and engage in continuous learning and development.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
