Project Quality Specialist (f/m/d)

As a Project Quality Manager in the HVDC team, you ensure quality across project delivery, supplier and subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. You drive maturity and improvement of processes along the value chain to boost customer satisfaction and profitability in a safe environment. You work with cross-functional teams to assess risks, implement QA plans, and certify effective controls. This role supports Germany’s energy transition and offers a collaborative, impact‑driven environment.

• Cooperate with customers on project quality issues and own actions to resolve them
• Coach project team members to assess risks and solutions from quality/customer perspectives
• Plan and optimize QA activities across projects and transfer learnings between projects
• Apply project quality procedures and ensure compliance by the project team
• Certify internal controls systems (project, supply, site) to meet requirements and mitigate risks
• Perform audits on project delivery and leverage quality data analytics to identify gaps and nonconformances
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed

• University degree in engineering or quality management (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in projects, engineering, or quality roles
• Strong communication, results-oriented mindset, and openness to new approaches
• Ability to build and influence relationships within a large organization
• German fluent and English advanced; other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel ~10% to office and project locations
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt knowledge is advantageous
