Property Condition Assessment - Project Manager (Fully Remote)

• Perform QA/QC reviews of commercial property and facility condition assessments.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate team members, and maintain client communication.
• Delegate tasks, resolve issues, and ensure final reports and invoices are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in building sciences consulting or engineering due diligence.
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac report formats.
• Competitive compensation with base pay range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year.
