Senior Project Manager - Localization Japan (Fully Remote)

• Strings Review & Project Preparation: Review incoming strings, verify i18n readiness, collect context for translators, monitor progress, and answer translator queries.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, create documentation, triage support tickets, and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Strategic & Process Improvement: Identify and propose workflow changes, automation opportunities, and tooling improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience managing localization or translation programs in a software/product environment.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, i18n standards, and localization tooling like Smartling.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and vendor teams simultaneously.
