Senior Product Manager (Insurance) (Fully Remote)

• Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business profitability goals.
• Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to systematically increase ACV and LTV.
• Partner with users and leverage data analytics to understand explicit and latent needs in the shipping insurance space.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2C products, preferably in Insuretech.
• Proven ability to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization in consumer products.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
