Senior Product Manager - Marketplace (Fully Remote)

• Revolutionize the way general contractors and subcontractors match on our marketplace using AI.
• Actively shape the product vision in a small team with direct impact on thousands of users.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors, ensuring healthy supply-demand balance.
• Own search, matching, and recommendation mechanisms to increase relevance and bid rate.
• Analyze marketplace metrics and identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Experience with search or matching algorithms and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Help shape a product that solves real-world problems in construction through AI.
• Work in an open-minded, dynamic, and international team with remote or Berlin office.
• Permanent contract and modern equipment with regular company events and development conversations.
