Senior Manager, Marketing AI Operations (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing's Agent Center of Excellence: drive agent and agentic-workflow strategy end-to-end.
• Co-design and ship AI agents on platforms like Airtable, Hyperagent, and Claude with business owners.
• Maintain the agent fleet as living infrastructure with named owners, versioning, and measurable output.

Requirements

• You've personally built and shipped AI agents or automated workflows using LLMs.
• You come from marketing with deep knowledge of demand gen, lifecycle, campaign and lead ops, and martech (Marketo, Salesforce).
• You’re technical and data-savvy: comfortable in SQL, data models, APIs, integrations, and light scripting.

Leadership

• Manage ICs who own MarTech, Marketing Ops, and Airtable campaign management, setting direction and growing their agent-engineering capability.
• Evolve MOPs into a system using AI agents and automation to support predictable pipeline and clean lead management.
• Drive Airtable MarketingCentral's evolution into an intelligent ops layer and source of truth.
