Manager, Fast Track Operations (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Fast Track Operations, ensuring SLA performance and operational consistency.
• Lead a distributed team, strengthen execution discipline, and support employee development.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, tooling, and onboarding effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding operations team through coaching and performance management.
• Make sound decisions on complex onboarding scenarios and maintain department SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and drive practical improvement actions.
