A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day begins with a team alignment to define the offer strategy for upcoming projects. You analyze customer requirements and assess their business case to shape competitive solutions. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, procurement, and bid management teams to develop technical concepts. You also engage with sub‑suppliers to evaluate key components such as electrical and control systems. In addition, you prepare and present solutions to international customers, ensuring alignment with their expectations and project goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Development of tailored technical offers for industrial steam turbine solutions including generators, control systems, instrumentation, and electrical components
• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements and business cases to design efficient and sustainable solutions
• Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams across sales, engineering, R&D, procurement, and bid management to optimize technical and commercial outcomes
• Coordination with sub‑suppliers and evaluation of technical components such as electrical and control systems
• Engagement with diverse industries to deliver customized, state‑of‑the‑art solutions aligned with specific customer needs
• Presentation and explanation of technical solutions to national and international customers, highlighting value, performance, and sustainability

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, power plant technology, and/or automation
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving skills combined with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with international stakeholders
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support customer engagement and project execution
• Fluency in German and English
