Задачи:

• Design and evolve backend systems for real-time collaborative document editing used by tens of thousands of concurrent users;
• Own the content model and data persistence layer, including schema design, migrations, compatibility, and long-term maintainability;
• Build and maintain event-driven pipelines with Kafka and NATS to process high volumes of frontend interactions and keep document state consistent across services;
• Contribute to the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of a large fleet of Python microservices;
• Ship product features end-to-end, from backend architecture to production monitoring;
• Contribute to AI-powered capabilities, including agentic document workflows.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of Python development experience in production environments;
• Strong experience with relational databases, SQL, schema design, migrations, and query optimization;
• Hands-on experience with message queues and event-driven architectures such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar;
• Deep understanding of AsyncIO and concurrent systems;
• Experience building and operating microservice architectures at scale;
• Ability to reason about distributed systems, including consistency, ordering, and failure modes;
• Understanding of the full development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and production monitoring;
• Actively use AI tools in daily workflow and critically evaluate their output;
• Take ownership, proactively unblock yourself, and know when to elevate;
• Product-minded and customer-oriented approach;
• Focus on reliability, observability, and maintainability after release;
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive work independently;
• Communicates effectively in English, both orally and in writing;
• Nice to have: experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or agentic systems.
