Hauptaufgaben Main responsibilities:

Die Hauptverantwortung des Quality Assurance Specialist – QA IT besteht darin, als Fachexperte und Ansprechpartner vor Ort für die Validierung von Computersystemen zu fungieren und den validierten Status der GMP-konformen Computersysteme am Standort PCI Berlin sicherzustellen, insbesondere des elektronischen Qualitätsmanagementsystems (eQMS) MasterControl und des ERP-Systems JD Edwards. Die Stelle des Quality Assurance Specialist - IT im Bereich „Operations“ ist der Stelle des Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Operations unterstellt und trägt keine Personalverantwortung. The Quality Assurance Specialist – QA IT in the “Operations” department is accountable to the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Operations position and has no personnel responsibility. The main responsibility of the Quality Assurance Specialist – QA IT is to act as the site subject matter expert and site point of contact for computer system validation and to maintain the validated status of GMP computerised systems at the PCI Berlin site, in particular the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) MasterControl and the ERP system JD Edwards.

Kompetenzprofil Competence profile:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Erfahrung oder Masterabschluss oder vergleichbar im pharmazeutischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich. Completed vocational training with several years of relevant experience or Master’s degree or equivalent in the pharmaceutical, scientific or technical field. Idealerweise zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagementsysteme. Ideally two years of experience in quality management systems. Gute GMP-Kenntnisse oder Kenntnisse in vergleichbaren Regularien. Good GMP knowledge or knowledge of comparable regulations. Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit EU/US Regularien einschließlich aber nicht beschränkt auf FDA CFR Part 11, Eudralex Annex 11, PIC/S Annex 11 und alle geltenden GAMP5 Richtlinien sind wünschenswert. Knowledge and experience with EU/US regulations including but not limited to FDA CFR Part 11, Eudralex Annex 11, PIC/S Annex 11 and any applicable GAMP5 guidelines preferred. Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word und Outlook). Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook). Englisch geschäftssicher in Wort und Schrift. Business English (spoken/written). Erfahrung mit QM-Software wünschenswert. Experience with QM software is preferred. Sorgfälltige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. Aufgabenbeschreibung Description of tasks:

• Fachexperte und Ansprechpartner für alle Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zur Validierung von Computersystemen (lokale und corporate Systeme) und dem eQMS MasterControl sowie dem ERP System JD Edwards. Subject Matter Expert and point of contact for all employees regarding questions about computer system validation (local and corporate systems) and the eQMS MasterControl as well as the ERP system JDE Edwards.
• Erstellt, überprüft und genehmigt Dokumente zur Computervalidierung oder führt Validierungs- und Testprotokolle im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung eines neuen Systems, einer Versionsaktualisierung oder der Außerbetriebnahme bestehender Systeme unter Einhaltung der GxP-Vorschriften durch. Write, review and approve computer validation documentation or execute validation/test protocols related to the implementation of a new system or a version upgrade or retirement of existing systems in a GxP compliant manner.
• Stellt sicher, dass neue Lieferanten für Computersysteme ordnungsgemäß eingeführt werden (einschließlich QTA, Lieferantenbefragung, Cyber-Bewertung). Ensure the correct introduction of new computer system supplier (including QTA, Supplier Survey, Cyber Assessment).
• Prüft die Versionsänderungshistorie des Anbieters sowie die vom Anbieter bereitgestellten Handbücher, Spezifikationen und Validierungsunterlagen. Reviews vendor version release notes and vendor provided manuals, specifications and validation documentation.
• Bietet als Fachexperte Beratung und Unterstützung für die Qualitätsinformationssysteme am Standort Berlin an, insbesondere für das eQMS (MasterControl) und das ERP-System (JD Edwards). Provide guidance and support for Berlin site quality computer systems and in particular eQMS (MasterControl) and ERP system (JD Edwards) as a subject matter expert.
• Führt periodische Evaluierungen der lokalen Systeme durch. Perform periodic evaluation for the local systems.
• Verantwortlich für die Aktualisierung der standortspezifischen Systemliste und der Liste für der periodischen Evaluierungen der lokalen Systeme. Responsible to keep site system inventory list and periodic evaluation list of the local systems up to date.
• Unterstützt bei Bedarf bei Kundenaudits und behördlichen Inspektionen als Fachexperte für die Validierung von Computersystemen. Supports customer audits and regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert for computer system validation as required.
• Unterstützt bei der Untersuchung von Abweichungen und der Ermittlung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Validierung von GxP-Computersystemen stehen. Supports discrepancy investigations and corrective action identification relating to the validation of GxP computerised systems.
• Unterstützt die Untersuchung von Events, Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Nonconformances sowie die Ermittlung von Korrekturmaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung von GxP-konformen computergestützten Systemen. Supports event/deviation/complaint/nonconformance investigations and corrective action identification relating to the use of GxP computerised systems.
• Vertritt die Qualitätsabteilung und den Standort Berlin bei den Sitzungen der Global Centre of Excellences für MasterControl, JD Edwards und die Validierung von Computersystemen und sorgt dafür, dass die Informationen am Standort Berlin weitergegeben werden. Represents the Berlin Quality department and site at Global Centre of Excellence meetings for MasterControl, JD Edwards and Computer System Validation and ensure the information is shared at the Berlin site.
• Unterstützt standortbezogene Aufgaben (z.B. periodische Evaluierungen, Prüfung und Kommentierung von Überarbeitungen der unternehmensinternen SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen und Formulare gemäß den deutschen regulatorischen Vorgaben) im Zusammenhang mit corporate Systemen. Supports site tasks (e.g. periodic evaluations, check/comment on revisions of corporate SOPs and FORMs from the German regulatory landscape) for corporate systems.
• Unterstützt die kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesse, Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten nach Bedarf. Supports continual improvement processes, validation and qualiciation activities as required.
• Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation und Problemlösung unter Berücksichtigung der europäischen GMP-Richtlinien. Interdepartmental communication and problem solving in due consideration of the European GMP guidelines.
• Unterstützt die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten bezüglich dringender Software-Updates, wenn die Systemverantwortlichen nicht erreichbar sind. Supports communication with vendors regarding urgent software updates in the absence of the system owners.
• Übernahme zusätzlicher Qualitätsaufgaben auf Anweisung des Vorgesetzten zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsanforderungen. Undertake additional quality tasks as directed by Line Manager to support business demands.
